Frequently asked questions
Who can refer?
Anyone. You don't need to be a QRiosum client, and you can fill in the form without an account. If you have an account, you can also refer from the admin interface while signed in.
When are the commission and the bonus due?
When the referred venue becomes a paying QRiosum client after the demo. The bonus is due once the venue has been a paying client of ours for at least 3 months.
What is the 10% calculated from?
From what we earn at the referred venue: 10% of that, gross, is yours.
How long do I get the commission?
For up to 12 months from when the venue joins.
What happens after I send a referral?
The referral goes to our sales team. They contact the person you named and offer the venue a demo.
