The accountant
“I'd like September's receipts, with VAT and payment method.”
No more piecing it together from screenshots and day closes. The saved export uses the same columns every month, so the accountant's spreadsheet always looks the same too.
Pick a data source, click your columns together, filter, and see what goes into the file before you download. One click and the CSV is on your computer: for your accountant, your own spreadsheet or your analytics tool.

Everyone wants to see something different from the same month. Build it once, save it, and next time you only pick the period.
“I'd like September's receipts, with VAT and payment method.”
No more piecing it together from screenshots and day closes. The saved export uses the same columns every month, so the accountant's spreadsheet always looks the same too.
“What sold over the weekend, who sold it, and how much went out as takeaway?”
Reports show the big picture; the export hands you every single item. Pivot it, filter it, compare it with last year's file, your own way.
“I need raw rows with stable column names, from every store.”
At company level every store comes in one export, with names next to the IDs. Any spreadsheet or BI tool can read the CSV.
No import wizard, no fiddling with encodings, no broken accents. The CSV is built so Excel splits it into columns correctly the first time.
Data export is for big files you put together freely. Next to the everyday lists there's the Excel export button. One click and you take it away as CSV.
In any card's menu: Export. The card's numbers for the current period, as CSV.
Every guest with card number, contact details and points, always in the same column order.
A guest segment's members with the same columns as the guest list, for a campaign or newsletter.
All codes of a coupon in one file, for the printer, a partner or a flyer.
The receipt list exactly as you filtered it on screen.
Daily revenue with net, VAT, gross and profit, and broken down by VAT rate.
The POS cash movements with type, amount, device and note.
The selected products from the product list, for pricing or reconciliation.
Exports marked “All rows” are put together by the server, so you get the full list, not just the page currently loaded on screen.
items, receipts, inventory, reservations, points
so the file stays a manageable size
if more match, it tells you and you can narrow it down
before download, with the exact row count
The day ends when you close: if you close at 2 am, a table paid at 1 am still belongs to Friday.
One store's data, or every store's at company level in one file, with a Store column.
Data export needs a permission: only people who can also see the statistics or the logs see it.
The export reads from the separate analytics database, so the POS keeps running smoothly during a big download.
