Drag the evening into place.
Tables down the side, hours across the top. The reservation grid is part of the POS: you book and move bookings by dragging, and an overlapping or after-hours booking cannot slip in. Try it below.

- One booking, several tables

From opening to closing. Scroll through a Friday night.
Reservations do not live in a separate notebook: they see the same tables as the POS. As the evening goes on, the floor plan follows who has arrived, where a bill is running and which table stayed empty.

Opening the day
You open the day, and if there are bookings for today, the POS asks: want to see them? Tap yes, and today's booking list and the booked tables light up. A purple dot in a table's corner means that table has an active booking today.
Arrived
Anna Kovács walks in. You set the booking to “Arrived”. The blue outline always marks the table of the booking you have selected.
Bill from a booking
The Szabó family got two tables with one booking. The “New bill” button starts the bill from the booking, with the guest's details. As soon as it opens, both tables get a green dot and a green frame: a bill is running there.
No-show
The Nagy party did not come. You set the booking to “No-show”: it stays in the list, and the purple dot disappears from B1, because there is no active booking there anymore.
Full house
Peak time. Horváth Ltd. (19:30) and Gábor Kiss (20:00) have both arrived, and the green dot and green frame on their tables show the running bill. Bence Molnár's booking is selected now, so T2 gets the blue outline.
Closing
The last guest has left and the tables are free. The bookings keep their status, so you can see who came and who did not.
One reservation book, seen four ways.
Tables × hours. The surface for planning the day: you book, move and stretch bookings by dragging, and the cards line up with the 15-minute grid.
A vertical timeline, with overlapping bookings side by side. One glance shows when the evening gets busy.
The day's bookings row by row: time, name, phone number, allergens, tables, party size. For a quick look before the shift.
Every booking waiting for a decision, whatever its date, grouped by day. Tap the check mark to accept, the X to decline.

- A shared filter bar: date, status, room, and search by name, phone number or table.
- You set the default view per device. When bookings are waiting for a decision, the page opens with those.

Connect the store to a Google account, and every booking shows up as an event in a separate calendar, on your phone, tablet, anywhere. One-way: Qriosum is the source, the calendar is its mirror. What you change in Qriosum updates in the calendar, but edits made in the calendar do not flow back into Qriosum.

It creates a separate “Qriosum · store name” calendar and only has access to that one. It cannot see your other calendars.
The events have no attendees, so Google never sends an invitation to a guest.
Every hour it compares the calendar with the bookings, from the previous day to two months ahead, and only rewrites what differs.
It never touches what you write into the calendar by hand. When a booking is canceled, its event switches to canceled.
One switch stops the export. When you turn it back on, the calendar catches up.
