Shift change
in four digits.

4digits

Every staff member has their own PIN, so they pick their profile on the lock screen with a single tap and sign in fast.

2minutes

If the POS sits idle, the system locks it automatically, so the screen is never left open on a colleague's profile.

8roles

Choose from ready-made roles, from administrator to kitchen staff, or create your own roles to fit how your venue works.

Roles × permissions

Everyone gets access
to what they work with.

You decide which staff member can do what. For example, you control discounts, voids, rejecting orders and access to the admin area. Start from the ready-made roles and shape them to how your venue works.

A different role per store

The same person can be a waiter in one of your stores and the manager in another.

Company-wide access

You assign a company-wide role to the company, not to one store: whoever gets it works with it in all your stores, with the limits above.

The discount limit always applies

The system also checks the maximum discount when it saves, so the limit you set can't be exceeded even if someone tries to get around it in the interface.

Change log

Who.
When.
What.

Important changes to prices, products, roles, permissions and settings are tied to a name and a time. When a question comes up about a change, you don't have to guess: the log helps you find out what happened.

  • The name stays

The name of whoever made a change is recorded at that moment. A colleague who has left still shows under their own name.

  • Click a name

One click filters the log to that person's changes. Try it on the right.

  • A separate permission

Only the people you allow can see the change log, independently of the other logs.

Human or machine: User System Integration Device API

Every entry shows whether a colleague, the system, an integration, a device or the API made the change, so you never blame a staff member for an automatic change.

After close

See how the shift went – per staff member.

Review sales, manual discounts and items removed from orders after the fact, per staff member. You get a clearer picture of what happened during the shift, and questions are easier to clear up.

An item counts for whoever rang it up, not whoever took the payment at the end.

Small things that matter
POS tied to a device

A registered terminal belongs to a single store, and the lock screen shows that store's team.

Own PIN on first sign-in

Anyone without a PIN yet sets one on the lock screen, confirmed with their password.

Lock = sign out

No session stays open after locking: the next colleague starts fresh under their own name.

Custom roles

You start with ready-made roles (waiter, kitchen, order taking, accountant, managers), and you can create new ones any time.

Settings on the device

POS settings belong to the device, not the browser: if two machines use the same device, both change together.

Staff in the reports

Sales can be broken down per staff member. An item counts for whoever rang it up, not whoever took the payment.
