Every receipt reported.
You never touched it.
Qriosum turns every paid receipt into an NTAK order summary, signs it with your own certificate, sends it, then checks that it was accepted. None of this shows above the counter, and that is the point.
The paperwork that
is no longer yours.
- Report every receipt line by lineEvery paid receipt becomes an order summary on its own.
- Look up a category and VAT category for every productThe category comes from the product page, the VAT category from the VAT rate.
- Dig up the original order for every voidThe void message refers to the original ID automatically.
- Report opening, closing and tips at day closeWhen you close the day, the day-close report goes out too.
- Tell NTAK when you were closedIf you did not open a day, we report it as a closed day the next day.
- Retry stuck submissionsWhatever did not go through, the system sends again.
You hand over a receipt.
NTAK gets this.
Build an order, add a discount or a tip, switch the payment method. On the right you see the order summary live, as Qriosum puts it together. Then close it, and void it too if you are curious.
At the end of the day,
the day is reported too.
Every day gets its own day-close report to NTAK, even the days you never opened. Qriosum recognizes all three cases and sends each with the right classification.
Whatever did not go through
waits in the queue. Nothing is lost.
Summaries first queue up in Qriosum, and only then go out in batches. If NTAK is unreachable for a while, nothing disappears: the system resends on its own. Cut the line and watch.
The summary made from a closed receipt waits in Qriosum, then goes to NTAK in batches, per store.
If sending failed, or NTAK asks for a resend, the system sends it again on its own, up to six times. You do not have to notice.
If it still does not go through after six resends, or NTAK reports an error, we log it as an error, and a red dot shows it in the NTAK log.
Aggregated reporting, with an official reason.
Power cut, internet outage, expired certificate: aggregated reporting needs a reason. On the POS, in the NTAK settings, you pick the reason. While it is on, the receipts made on that POS go out aggregated, together with the reason. Once things are back to normal, you turn it off with one button.
You connect it once.
Then it just runs.
The NTAK integration connects in the admin, through a three-step wizard. Qriosum generates the key the certificate needs, and tells you step by step where to click on ntak.hu.
You enter the two IDs. Your registration number also goes into the certificate request.
Qriosum generates the key pair. You only download the certificate request; the private key stays with us.
You upload the certificate you downloaded from ntak.hu, and we check it before saving.
From here on every paid receipt and every day close goes out on its own. You see the certificate's expiry date here.

The category and subcategory live on the product page, and a filter in the product list shows what is still missing. While NTAK is on and a product has no classification, it cannot be ordered. So incomplete data never goes out.
Let's talk.
